Before the check-up
After booking, you will receive by email all the preparation guidelines: fasting, medications and required documents. A personalized questionnaire is sent in advance so our team gets to know your family history, lifestyle and any complaints. The more you tell us, the more accurate and targeted your check-up will be.
Arrival
When you arrive at the unit, you are welcomed by our team with all the attention you deserve. The environment is designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease from the very first moment.
During the check-up
In five hours, you go through exams in 12 specialties — clinical, imaging, graphic methods and laboratory — all performed in an organized sequence, without unnecessary waiting, at a single location. Available Monday to Saturday, in morning and afternoon shifts, at any of the three units: Rio de Janeiro (Botafogo and Barra da Tijuca) and São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
Your results
All reports are available within 24 business hours through the SP Check-up app or website. The data is encrypted, personal and confidential, accessible only to you.
After the check-up, care continues
With your results in hand, our team builds an individual health program, via telemedicine or in person, with clear guidelines to correct risk factors and care for your long-term quality of life.
